A weekend of delayed live commentary

Welcome to Multheme’s delayed live commentary of the Singaporean Grand Prix ( Practice Session 3) and the English Premier League.
18:43 – It’s Saturday evening and what a perfect night for a night race in the Marina Bay. About 15 minutes left till the Practice Session 3.
18:52 – Yesterday, Fernando Alonso got the fastest lap in second practice session with 2 minutes to go ahead of Lewis Hamilton by 9 hundredth if a second.
19:01 – Weather Update: Clear night sky. Hope it stays that way till the end.
19:35 – Qualifying Round starts at 20:00hrs.
19:39 – In another sport, Everton hosts neighbor Liverpool in another thrilling rival match. This could be interesting. The Friendly Rivalry between Liverpool and Everton go way back.
19:47 – Kick-off. Everton vs Liverpool. Liverpool looked threatening early on.
19:50 – Liverpool attack on the left wing. The ball has gone out. Goal kick.
19:53 – Robbie Keane try to shoot from distance. Blocked by a blue shirt.
19:55 – Yellow card for Fellaini for a tackle on Arbeola.
20:05 – Fernando Alonso still fastest in third practice session. Qualifying starts at 20:00 later.
20:09 – Score update: Everton 0 – 0 Liverpool.
20:11 – Off to play fireworks. Be back later.
20:28 – Sometime later. Still a nil-nil between Everton and Liverpool. 3 minutes plus added time to go.
20:33 – A cautious approach from each side. Score at half time. 0–0.
20:48 – Second half kick-off.
20:51 – Yakubu seems to fall easily in the box after a great run by Everton. Yellow card for cheating says the ref.
20:52 – Yellow card for Torres for fouling Lescott. He seems to be a bit frustrated about something.
20:55 – Steven Gerrard came close with a long range effort at the edge of the box. Tim Howard hesitated and eventually the ball just got a foot wide.
21:01 – GOAL! Kyut scored from close range from a cross on the left side from Robbie Keane. 0-1
21:04 – Liverpool finally finds their tempo after that first goal. Everton are putting men behind the ball.
21:05 – GOAL! Torres scores. That’s another 10 fantasy points in the bag for me. 0-2.
21:07 – Yellow card for Phillip Neville for a foul on
21:08 – GOA…….Nope. the ball was already out. Corner kick to Liverpool After Howard palmed the ball out.
21:10 – Another goal disallowed from the corner for a foul on an Everton player.
21:11 – Two goals in the space of 3 minutes. I wonder how Everton can recover from this.
21:12 – Fact: Goodison Park and Anfield were so close. You can walk to and fro in just 10 minutes.
21:19 – Yellow card for Arbeola for kicking Cahill’s boot.
21:23 – The cards just kept coming. Cahill sent-off by Mike Riley for a nasty challenge to Alonso (Xavi).It’s Liverpool against a weak 10 men Everton side with less than 10 minutes to go.
21:27 – Gerrard again with the long shots but Howard was better to it. Corner kick for Liverpool.
21:29 – Lescott fouls Kuyt at the edge of the area. Free kick. It’s Gerrad territory. Gerrard steps up, tries to round the wall but the ball was way off the mark.
21:32 – Saha went close with a shot. Reina was beaten but the post weren’t.
21:36 – FULL TIME: EVERTON 0 -2 LIVERPOOL
